Dumb Ways to Dash! is an application game released Dec. 13th, 2019 for 2 both iOS and Android. It is assumed to be inspired by the app game called Fun Race 3D.

It was sneak-peek'd in the official TikTok post and was published on November 25, 2019.

In the video featured in the post, Numpty, Lax, Ninny, Stumble and Botch(As the player) are competing with each other and each player has to avoid obstacles or being fallen off the track in order to reach the goal. The latest among competitors will get the warning "You will be eliminated" with the skull markings floating on the player's character as well as at the side of the player's name in the rank list. Once all the players except the latest passed the goal, they will be moved to the next track, along with the text "Track 2/4" floating on the start of the track.

In this post published on December 12, 2019, it is showing a video that displays that a person is playing Dumb Ways to Dash and the player(Botch) is competing with Bonehead, Dippy, and Hapless, while the last competitor is already eliminated in the previous track. The player is running through both bluish-purple obstacles, other competitors, and the cannons from both sides are shooting purple ball obstacles. The player reaches the goal first as soon as Hapless gets eliminated in the track.

The video shows minor UI changes from the first video, especially the tracking number from the start of the track.

Numpty- Oh no... it's true? Easter has been cancelled! This can't be happening! What are we going to do with all these Hot Cross Buns? We must SAVE EASTER!	Collect 12
How do you ven get into contact with the Easter Bunny? Email, Mobile... Smoke Signals? There's a suspicious hooded bean avoiding us... Hmm, wait a minute- He has an easter egg. Quickly, use a speed pad to catch him and find out what he knows!	Use 1 speed pads [sic]
The bean spilled the... beans? He told us we can contact the Easter Bunny, bt we had to find the coveted intel in a lockbox! Oh, also, he didn't havan easter egg, it was just a bottle of hand sanitizer. Anyway, let's find that info by opening a Locked Vault!	Open 1 timed vaults [sic]
The information was barely useful. It said,"If you want to meet the Rabbit, you need to prove yourself". What kind of dumb message is this! I bet this is one of Dummkopf's pranks... Let's get to training.	Complete 1 tracks [sic]
Whilst training we found a second clue which led us to a payphone. A payphone is like a mbile phone, but it's bolted into the ground, inside a cage in he middle of a street. Oh! Also, you need money to operate the dumb machines. Let's collect some coins- where's Dunce when you need him!	Collect 5
We've made contact with the Easter Bunny, and look, he's not doing too great. This is a rough time of him, and he's having a tough time putting trust in anyone, a lady punched him whilst he was at the store, a lot has happened! We didn't find anything great, but we won't let that bean-defeat us! Oh look, one of the panic-buyers have dropped some of their supplies! Quickly,Collect as much as you can carry!	Collect 12
We've grabbed a BUNCH of chocolate! But not enough, the bean-squad is getting tired, and so are we... We mustn't give up though- Use a continue and we might still be able to save Easter!	Continue 1 times [sic]

Woah, Woah, these beans are crazy! One bean yelled and snatched at the wrappers, we need to make sure we perform Near Misses to avoid these crazy beans!	Perform 3 near misses
Dunce contacted us in a panic. He said doomsday preppers barged into his warehouse and stole all of his water bottles. And in the process, some of the chocolate in his warehouse has been destroyed! Let's try and recoup as much as we can by collecting more chocolate before it's too late!	Collect 10
9898... 9899... 9900! Finally, we're in a great spot now, we have a suspicious amount of chocolate and wrappers hoarded in a warehouse owned by a bean with extremely questionable ethics. Now let's rush over to the Easter Bunny's place with Speed Pads and deliver the great news!	Use 3 speed pads

That strange bean is around again, he was helpful, altough strange and mysteriousI wonder if he can help again! Maybe we can pay him some coins first, he dose look a little worse for wear.	Collect 15
The strange bean has done it again, we paid him for his help and he set us off on another convolution path to finding the Easter Bunny again. This time we need to hold our breath whilst in the air	Perform 9 seconds of air time
We held our breath for a while and didn't really feel anything at all- Wait, there he is, ahead! I see a large silhouette that resembles a rabbit, with a sack on his back... like Santa Claus?! Whatever is going on, let's use a Boost to catch up	Use 1 boosts [sic]
We're getting closer now! Although, his sack appears to have a rip in it. Toilet paper, hand sanitizer, chocolate- what is going on!? He's bouncing now, it must be the Easter Bunny, quickly let's get some height with Jump pads sso we don't lose him!	Use 3 jump pads
Our bean-team has started to scare, with all of the panic buying and hoarding going on, they're not sure if they can help anymore! If that's the case we're going to have to make up for the lost time, we'll need to double efficiency with Speed Pads!	use 3 speed pads
We've convinced Numskull to help us out for one last wrapping job, BUT we need to race him [sic] first. I don't know what these beans get out of all this, why can't we just relax and take care of our town sometimes.	Complete 1 races [sic]
We're running low on wrappers because we're not allowed to use scissors and we don't have long left before these eggs need to be delivered and hidden. Let's see if we can find some extra supplies in a Locked Vault	Open 1 timed vaults [sic]

Trivia

• Among the characters of the original video, Bungle is the only character not featured in the game, despite that Bungle is in the loading screen.
• When the player plays as Putz and then gets injured, a balloon will appear.
• When the player plays as Numpty and then get knocked down by an obstacle or an NPC, the fire on his head will extinguish.
• At one point, Bungle, Simpleton and Loopy were all going to appear in this game (since the version 1.02) but they were all later cut from it.
• Stumble is the only character to have hair.
• Bonehead is the only character to have a dark spot.
• Putz is the only character whose color isn't red nor orange.
• Stumble was originally the first bean as someone could play as until an unknown version: it was changed to Botch as the first default playable bean.
• The beans were originally unlocked by purchasing it with coins and you can get some coins to buy them but however, as of the version 1.03 the beans now have to be unlocked by finishing a regional level except for Clod, which the player has to purchase him for 100,000 coins in order to unlock him.
• If the player stops at a speed pad, they will go faster if they start moving again when they step on it.
